Update 9/6/2026 - Pulte Homes Back Bowl project is currently under development. Located to the southwest of Ascension Summerlin at the intersection of Town Center Drive and Rolling Foothills Drive, Back Bowl will feature over 412 single story homes in a gated community.
The latest information I have about Ironstone is expect 3 collections of homes with at least 9-10 models to choose from between all 3 home collections. Models will start construction at the beginning of 2027.
Ironstone will be the new name for this community as Back Bowl is just a name that was created when the development of this project started. You can expect to see the name change in the next few months as Pulte gets ready to start selling these homes some time in the summer of 2027. Ironstone will also be located to the south of The Summit Club Summerlin's newest portion of their development too. They will back up to each other on the western side of both communities.
Once sales start in the summer of 2027, you can expect the first residents to move in some time in the beginning of 2028. This will be one of the biggest projects in all of Summerlin once it starts selling homes.
231.39 acres will feature over 412 homes which is less than Ascension Summerlin's 561 homes on the same size of land. This could mean we will see bigger lots from Pulte Homes with similar home designs and models that are currently being sold at Ascension Summerlin.
On this page I am listing what appears to be several of the designs for the upcoming homes that will be sold at Ironstone. Please keep in mind that these designs are subject to change or modification.
Pricing has not been released yet and I do not expect pricing to be known until 2 weeks prior to when sales would start some time in summer of 2027. Pricing should be reflective of 2027 pricing in the surrounding area such as in Ascension Summerlin and or in Mesa Ridge.
Amenities will be similar to Ascension Summerlin such as a community pool, fitness center and clubhouse. When more information is released, I will update this page.
